"Locomotor Mortis!" Megaera cast on the other student. The student's legs immediately locked together and the worthless student fell to the ground. She watched as they struggled to move, and laughed a menacing chuckle from behind her smirking lips. Behind her were a group of other Slytherin students. Some whooped her on, and others laughed mockingly at the half-paralyzed student on the ground. They were a Hufflepuff student. They belonged to the house that, in her opinion, were the weakest. Weak-minded, lack any physical and spell strength whatsoever, and little intelligence as well.
Smiling, she lifted her wand the the helpless student, and shouted "Levicorpus!" As soon as the spell was cast, the student flew up into the air and hung there, suspended by their ankles. She waved her Ebony and Holly wand through the air, and the student's body matched the movements, flying through the air as if it were a bird. Megaera, the Slytherin seventh-year student, grinned, and watched as the student flailed in the air, trying to free themselves from her spells. This was most amusing, seeing as none a student that has challenged her has yet out-best her spells. It was almost pity full that this low, young Hufflepuff thought they could. What made things more amusing were the limbs of the Whomping Willow whipping themselves at the pitiful student.
The girl, Megaera Jay Breed, was a proud one. She disliked company and any sort of crowd, but she learned to deal with it. After all, nobody in this bloody school seemed to really leave anyone alone. She was proud of her bloodline, proud of her possessions, and proud of herself. Not arrogant in any way, but proud. She wasn't very brave, but she could stand up to a challenge. But she was intelligent. That was her main weapon. She could outwit any a student with the blink of an eye. Sure, she was only seventh year, but her parents had a certain fondness to teaching her the more advanced magics earlier than most would suggest. She hadn't true friends, nor did she need any. But, it wouldn't be impossible for her to take a certain liking to someone. She was the lightning and the ice, dangerous and cold. Her and her... paralyzing blue eyes of hers.
